I’ve had too many days where I’ve had to locate wandering or lost documents, figure out which version was the most recent or quickly find copy for a new form. At those times, I want to throw my computer off my balcony. Take a deep breath with me. Help is on the way.

Getbackboard is brought to you by Increosolutions. This free find is targeted toward marketing and product professionals. It’s useful to a wide variety of people who create or review documents. Backboard basic is free. There are premium (for a fee) monthly plans with added features at the Individual and team levels.

Backboard makes it easy to securely collect feedback and approval on documents, presentations, graphics, and websites. Use it with your team in the office or around the world. There are no meetings to schedule and Backboard handles all of the coordination for you.

Oddpodz review: The free package gives you unlimited backboards, it just limits your file storage to 5MB. The next level up gives you 20MB for $9 a month. One of the coolest features is that you can mark up the document you are reviewing. To leave markup, just open the feedback form and then move your mouse over the document. You’ll see a red pen. Start marking away!
 

3) FREE Embedding documents into your web pages

Oddpodz review: This is a very nice management and collaboration platform, and for me it’s miles better than google docs because of the formatting and file types it accepts. It allows you to store and share, all while having one place for updates. One draw back are the links from your stored photos, Flickr seems to still hold the crown here.

Oddpodz review: Can’t say this is the sexiest free offer, but when you need to send something big, this is your answer. This is easy to use and free, can’t beat that.
